Refund policy
At Art Nuvo Gallery we love that you have purchased from our amazing artists. As a gallery we work directly with Local and Interstate Artists.
We do not offer refunds or returns on online purchases. We encourage you to ensure you are making the right purchase for your home, please feel free to contact the gallery for facetime videos to take a closer look at the artwork, images / videos to ensure it's the right artwork for you.
Should the artwork arrive damaged we will engage with the shipping agent to get a resolution. Please note that you must have paid for travel insurance when shipping (gallery will offer that when purchasing).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Most couriers only allow 24 hours for any damage claims.
